Comments: On 3/20 in late evening CST, I saw ABC's Ted Koppel do a report w/3rd Infantry Division convoy across desert. At one place, many orange traffic cones were by the convoy - to mark a turn or hill or place where one could lose the trail? War IS hell, but this reminded me of home. I hadn't been videotaping. I told a buddy who is a helicopter-borne  TV/radio traffic reporter here. He was working then - covering an anti-war protest. He thought it was a "hoot!" I want to send him a still from this video, or any still photo of this scene, se he can enjoy what I saw. "Nightline" & ABC are NOT cooperating. I could forward a pic to him by e-mail, even. Q: can you obtain a still from ANY source of the scene I described, so I can share it with him, please? I'd be "Much More Obliged," given what those soldiers have done in Iraq. Comments: I am trying to find out information about my grandfather. He didn't speak much about the war. I do know he was in North Africa and Anzio. He served in the 3rd Infantry Division. Private Myron Burns, from Eldred, PA, was wounded and died in France on July 18, 1918. He served in Company F, ???? Regiment, 3rd Division and received the Distinguished Service Cross for killing several of the enemy and crawling back to the American lines.
